What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn and in original packaging.

Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

What if my jewelry tarnishes?

We stand behind the quality of our pieces.

If your jewelry tarnishes within 60 days of delivery, please contact us. We will happily offer a replacement or store credit after reviewing photos of the item.

Our pieces are made from stainless steel and designed to be tarnish-resistant — so if something isn’t performing as it should, we want to know.

What does the Tarnish Guarantee cover?

This covers:

• Unexpected discoloration

• Abnormal fading

• Manufacturing-related defects

This does not cover:

• Damage from harsh chemicals (chlorine, cleaning products, etc.)

• Scratches from heavy wear

• Lost items

How do I start a claim?
